Former Smallville Supergirl Laura Vandervoort will soon be taking the mantle of another comic book mainstay. In a new trailer for Activision‘s Spider-Man: Edge of Time, Vandervoort discusses how excited she is about voicing Mary Jane Watson in the upcoming adaptation. The game follows Spider-Man and Spider-Man 2099 as they team up to prevent Spider-Man’s untimely end.
Activision describes the game as follows:
Play as both Amazing Spider-Man and Spider-Man 2099 in SPIDER-MAN: EDGE OF TIME, a high-octane, adrenaline-fueled adventure that puts gamers on a mission to prevent a cataclysmic event that leads to an unexpected outcome: the death of Amazing Spider-Man.
Also included are two additional behind the scenes videos, including former Batman Forever star Val Kilmer discussing his role as villain Walker Sloan, and Stan Lee and the Beenox crew discussing the story and the differences between the two versions of our friendly neighborhood Spider-Man.
